I love going here! With two little ones it’s hard making these appointments but they help to make it work allowing me to drop off my car early and pick up late. They are always super nice!

Good job

I came for an oil change and other basic routine maintenance. I was not under the impression that any major maintenance was needed or would be performed. I left with a bill over $900 that was very unexpected. I believe it should have been disclosed that the work being performed on my car would be substantial and would be around $1,000. As someone with little knowledge of cars, it is extremely disappointing that all of this work was done with no indication that it would be major work totaling almost $1,000. I would not have agreed to most of the work performed on my car had I had known the cost associated with it. I was told to sign an agreement listing the services upon dropping off my vehicle and there was no mention of any costs or any indication that any of them were major.

Experience was good, delivery was difficult. My truck was not ready for my 11am appointment.I drove there and was sent home. I came back 2.5 hrs later at the dealership request and the truck wasn't ready again. I had to wait another 30 min. for inspection sticker. service manager was great and was unaware of any issues pryer to my arrival. I would like to thank Bella for her patience and knowledge, she was very helpful. She's the right person for that position

This is my second vehicle purchase from Brain and his staff. They all went out of their way to make sure the buying process went smooth even though I had specific requests for color and options. Over all a very good experience would recommend them to anyone

Very easy and comfortable

Everything went smothly. The work took an hour longer than estimated, but they may have been short handed.
